Cancellation of the December Test in New Delhi
 Due to the MCD election in Delhi, we have decided to cancel the JLPT December 2022.  

 

 

Please contact the test administrator in Delhi for inquiries regarding procedures, etc. related to the cancellation.

Cancellation of the test in some host cities outside Japan (JLPT July 2022)
 We regret to announce that there are some host cities outside Japan which decided to cancel the JLPT July 2022 due to the spread of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
This decision was made after careful consideration of the circumstances such as the number of people infected, health regulations, and the need for the safety of examinees and other people concerned.
We would very much appreciate your understanding.

We have announced cancellation of the JLPT July 2022 in some host cities outside Japan by marking(circle with cross-out line ) at “List of Overseas Test Cities and Local Host Institutions”.
The host cities which decided to cancel the test after the latest update are as follows.

- Macau(China)

For questions about the cancellation process in each host city, please contact local host institution in each host city.

Test Dates
  • First test: Sunday, July 7, 2024
  • Second test: Sunday, December 1, 2024
*Outside Japan, the test may be held only in July or December in some cities. Click here for the test schedule in your city.
